Everyday Solitude

Everyday Solitude is a women-led, purpose-driven mental health initiative to bridge the gap between mental health and human connection. Their purpose is to normalise the experience of mental distress in the community, increase awareness around the importance of mental health and facilitate open conversation to reduce stigma around mental distress.
