Shipping policy
We ship New Zealand wide and Internationally (excluding the United States of America).
We strive to do our best for the planet; orders are shipped in 100% compostable or recycled plastic bags and oversized items are packaged in cardboard boxes.
New Zealand:
NZ shipping is free for orders over $199, a flat rate of $9.90nzd is applicable for orders under $199. Some exclusions apply for large items and these will be individually priced at the checkout.
Our shipping is overnight (business days only) if ordered before mid-day. Orders placed after mid-day Friday and through the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Some oversized items/orders with multiple shoe boxes are sent economy with a delivery target of 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for rural delivery.

All of our domestic parcels are sent without requiring a signature, we recommend having your item posted to a work address or leaving instructions for secure delivery at your home.
Click and Collect
Click and collect orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
Australia:
We use DHL's Express World Wide shipping, the cost is a flat rate of $45nzd. If an order is placed after mid-day Friday, during the weekend or on a public holiday we will dispatch your item the following working day.
All Australian parcels are sent requiring a signature.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes.
Rest of world:
We use DHL's Express World Wide shipping, the cost is automatically calculated at the checkout.
All international parcels are sent requiring a signature.

All customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Uncommon is not liable for any additional charges incurred once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
As of August 2025, we will no longer be shipping to the US due to the rising cost with recently implemented Tariffs.
