Birkenstock Refresh Service

We offer a care and refresh service in store for any Birkenstocks purchased from us! 

This service is available Monday-Friday in store. If we are busy in store, we may ask that you leave your Birkenstocks with us to complete the service during a quieter period.

Included in the service:

• Expert advice on the care of your Birkenstocks
• Reseal and refresh cork
• Provide sandpaper so you can refresh the footbed
• Punch holes in loose straps
• Apply protector to Suede and Nubuck straps, apply beeswax to oiled leather straps

We will let you know when its time to call in shoe care specialists, or your shoe hasn't aged how it should have and an issue might be declared as a fault and covered under warranty. Pop in store or give us a call
