Christmas Returns Policy

We offer an Extended Return Period on all full priced items purchased for Christmas gifting* from December 1st 2025. 

Items purchased in store between December 1st - December 24th are able to be returned for exchange or store credit until January 11th 2026. Items purchased outside of this date range will fall under our regular in store returns policy. 

Items purchased online between December 1st - December 24th are able to be returned for exchange, store credit or refund until January 11th 2026. Items purchased outside of this date range will fall under our standard online returns policy. 

The last date for exchange/store credit will be January 11th 2026

*Our extended returns policy excludes perfume, room fragrance, candles & earrings

* Sale items are still final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
