The role
1-2 days per week, including at least one weekend day. You must have some availability over the Christmas and New Year period.
Your primary task will be to deliver exceptional customer service and assist and support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the business.
A day in your role at Uncommon may look like:
- Helping our wonderful customers find pieces they love
- Processing our online orders
- Processing new deliveries and publishing to our website
- Merchandising new stock on the shop floor
- Creating content for socials
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Keeping the store organised and clean
About you
We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Initiative and proactivity are essential traits we value, as we need team members who can think on their feet, identify opportunities, and take action without constant supervision. Our ideal candidates embrace a busy workday, finding energy and motivation in a lively atmosphere filled with a variety of responsibilities.
